What people sayPublic comments from other sites
AI sentiment analysisAn AI model (qwen3:8b) rates each public comment as very positive / positive / mixed / negative / very negative (scored 9.5 / 8 / 6 / 4 / 2), averages them weighted by confidence, site, length, “helpful” votes and date, then shrinks the result toward a neutral 6 (so a few comments can't inflate it).Calibrated to the site-score scale it is 7.87, and it counts toward the overall score by the number of comments (at most 35%).Only the latest ~40 comments per site are read (plus ~50 posts from each forum's episode threads, which weigh less): a sample, not everything. Excerpts are at most 140 characters and belong to their authors; comments that may contain spoilers are not shown. Comments from Chinese sites appear in an AI translation, with the original one click away. Sentiment labels can be wrong. Updated Oct 7, 2026, 06:36.See the score breakdownSentiment score6.4/10

Site scoresThe site consensus is 5.04 (627 votes, weighted by site reliability × log of votes); shrunk toward the season baseline 6.96 by vote count, it becomes 5.04. Sites score differently (Bangumi runs low, bilibili high), so each is first calibrated to one scale using titles rated on both it and AniList, then combined; sites with fewer than 100 votes are ignored.
